Broome 6725 Cycles, reliability, quality and customer happiness are our top priorities. We want you to enjoy the bikes, parts and accessories that you purchase from us, so that you become an advocate for our brand

If there's ever an issue with any of our products, we'll bend over backwards to make sure that it's resolved quickly and positively

What does the warranty Include?

In most case the original manufacturer standard warranty and condition apply.

In the First case

 We want to help you resolve it in the first instance, please contact us at the store

It's best to provide your original order information, a description of the issue and a photograph of the affect part so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible. The email address is: [email protected]

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover any commercial use of the product. The warranty only covers riders under and up to 100kgs. Any modifications including motorised conversions or custom adaptations that may cause the frame duress will void all warranties.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of receipt by the customer.

Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an undamaged, unused and sellable condition. Improper assembly or maintenance may void your warranty.

 Consumable components such as tyres, tubes, bearings, spokes, chains, cassettes, chain rings, brake shoes and cables are excluded from our express warranty. Shipping and labour charges are not included in this warranty.

We  will replace or repair at our  discretion, for any defective materials or workmanship,

This does not include any damage caused to the frame due to a crash, abuse or stunt riding. Bottle cage or pannier rivets that may work loose over time are also not covered by this warranty. Surface rust is not included in this warranty. Structural rust that may compromise the safety of the bike is included, however, if this has resulted from obvious neglect or mistreatment you may void your warranty.

Exchange Guidelines

If you think you may want to exchange your bike for any reason, we recommend:

• Do not race on your bicycle
• Avoid trails or situations where you may fall
• Do not ride in wet conditions
• General Wear Guidelines

The following conditions constitute minor wear and are acceptable for exchange:

• Tire Wear
• Chain Wear
• Handle bar tape wear
• Minor dust on the frame
• If your bike does not meet these guidelines, you may be charged an additional fee to exchange bikes.
• In the case of major wear or damage (scratches on frame, damaged components etc) any exchange will take place at the discretion of Broome Cycles.

Shipping

Collection from one of our stores is always free! When collected in store, your bike comes fully assembled by an experienced mechanic, adjusted and ready to go. For wait times give us call or email.

Bikes are sent 85% assembled in a box and carefully packaged for protection. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by a bike mechanic or another suitably experienced person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty.
