1. Warranty Coverage
Who it covers?
- Warranty applies to the original owner of the product.
- It is not transferable.
- The warranty does not cover commercial use of the product.
What is covered?
- Standard manufacturer’s warranty and conditions apply in most cases.
- Defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part found faulty under normal use.
- Structural rust that compromises safety (unless caused by neglect).
What is not covered?
- Riders over 100 kg.
- Any modifications, motorized conversions, custom adaptations that may stress the frame.
- Damage from crashes, abuse or stunt riding.
- Consumable components such as tires, tubes, bearings, spokes, chains, cassettes, chain rings, brake shoes, and cables.
- Surface rust (unless it is structural and safety is compromised) or wear & tear from normal use.
How to make a warranty claim?
- Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Provide your original order information, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected part.
- We’ll assess whether the fault falls under warranty.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the part, or offer a refund at our discretion.
2. Service & Repairs
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
What we can do?
- Tune-ups (brakes, gears, wheel alignment)
- Replacement of worn components (non-warranty or consumable parts)
- General maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspection)
- More extensive repairs if needed —please drop in or book ahead.
Booking a service
- You can bring your bike into our store or contact us to schedule a service.
- We recommend making an appointment ahead of time so we can allocate the needed time and parts.
Labor & Parts Costs
- Service/repair charges depend on the type and extent of work needed. Consumables, labour, and parts are priced separately.
- If wear or damage is determined to be outside warranty scope, you’ll be given a quote before work proceeds.
3. Warranty & Service Terms
- Warranty only applies under normal use and with proper assembly & maintenance. Improper assembly, misuse or neglect can void the warranty.
- Shipping, labour, and handling charges are not included in the warranty unless we expressly agree.
- Items must be returned in original packaging (unless damaged in transit) and in sellable condition (unused unless defective).
