1. Scope
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and/or in-store at Broome Cycles, located at 2 Hamersley Street, Broome WA 6725. It covers goods, accessories, parts, and clothing & protection items.
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, made a wrong purchase,

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging and any included accessories.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date you receive the item.

You may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to inspection of the returned item.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs in change-of-mind cases, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving the item, using our customer support contact details.

Provide photo evidence of the defect, damage or error, plus your order/invoice number.

We will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange for:

A replacement item; or

A full refund; or

Return shipping cost will be covered by Broome Cycles in this case (unless otherwise agreed).
4. Warranty
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. That warranty is separate from this Returns & Refunds Policy. If an item becomes defective after the return window but is within the warranty period, warranty terms will apply. Broome Cycles will assist you in pursuing the warranty claim where possible.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless faulty or damaged. These may include:

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or worn (for clothing, helmets, etc.)

Clearance or discounted items sold “as is” (unless the product is faulty)

7. How to Return
To return an item:

Contact our customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) or similar confirmation.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) with all parts, accessories, labels, tags, etc.

Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
