2. Bike Hire

  • Hired bikes must be used responsibly and returned in the condition they were supplied, allowing for normal wear and tear.

  • The hirer is responsible for the bike and any accessories during the hire period.

  • Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement costs.

  • Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. Repairs & Servicing

  • We will carry out repairs and servicing as requested and advise if additional work is required.

  • Quotes are estimates only; we will contact you if additional costs are likely.

  • Broome Cycles is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or supplier issues.

  • Bikes not collected within a reasonable time after notification may incur storage fees.

4. Sales & Returns

  • All sales are subject to Australian Consumer Law.

  • Returns or exchanges require proof of purchase.

  • Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted unless required by law.

  • Used, worn, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.

5. Safety & Risk

  • Cycling involves inherent risks. Customers acknowledge they ride at their own risk.

  • Broome Cycles is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unsafe riding, or failure to follow advice provided.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Broome Cycles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
