At Broome Cycles, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. This page outlines how our shipping and delivery process works.


1. Processing Time

  • All online orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We strive to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.


2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier and postal services across Australia to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping – reliable, cost-effective service for most items.

  • Express Shipping – faster delivery option where available (extra fees apply).

  • In-Store Pickup – available at our Broome store. Select “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • WA Metro & Regional: 2–5 business days

  • Other States (Metro): 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Some orders over a set amount (e.g., $150+) may qualify for Free Shipping — check our website or promotions for eligibility.

  • Bulky or oversized items (e.g., bikes, large parts) may attract an additional freight surcharge. Flat rate  shipping is set at $130, per bike shipment, and excludes some remote areas


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can use this tracking link to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your shipment.


6. Delivery Terms

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest collection point or depot.

  • Broome Cycles is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services once your order has left our store.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly to confirm availability and costs.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. We’ll investigate and work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
