The Axis arrives approximately 90% assembled. Most riders complete the final setup in around 20–30 minutes using the included tools and instructions.
The Axis uses recognised Shimano drivetrain components, mechanical disc brakes, double-wall alloy rims and a lightweight alloy frame. It's also backed by a real Australian bike shop rather than an anonymous online seller.
Yes. The Axis is designed specifically for commuting, fitness rides, bike paths and general recreational riding. Its upright riding position and wide tyres make it comfortable and practical for daily use.
Bikes ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $130. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and fully tracked.
Unused bikes can be returned within 30 days. Return freight costs apply for change-of-mind returns.
If there's a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, we'll repair, replace or resolve the problem in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our warranty policy.
